Sales Terms

Price for speakers and speaker cables are per pair, except when is declared per unit. All other items price is per piece, except in bulk cables, which is per meter and interconnect analog cables which is per pair. Prices for some acoustic panels is usually per pair or set. (set of three, four, six, etc pieces)

Manufacturer’s Warranty is two years for all new items within EU, one year in other areas, except otherwise noted, covering production faults, not misuse by end user, i.e or due to thermal shocks, electricity power spikes or short circuit, water leakage, spill over, etc. Used items are covered for six months by the seller / dealer. All related shipping costs are owner’s / buyer’s responsibility and will be charged accordingly. A DOA (Dead On Arrival) should be declared on seven days after delivery and should be covered under and in accordance the warranty terms above and below, unless it is due to courier’s responsibility / fault and thus is covered under insurance.

Warranty claims will be validated checked in person or through video meeting by seller’s authorized personnel.

Seller can repair or exchange or replace malfunctioned product under warranty at his discretion

Shipping costs to and from repair and seller’s / dealer’s facilities and from and to the buyer’s place are buyer’s / owner’s responsibility.

Products travel/shipped insured on behalf and at cost on customer’s / buyer’s responsibility.

Please allow 3 – 5 business days for dispatching after payment has been cleared. Delivery times are tentative and further delays could occur especially during high sales seasons and holiday periods. More over due to the pandemic supply chains disruptions and shipping backlogs, delays could be substantial bigger than usual.

Orders cannot be canceled once a deposit has been made and order forwarded to the manufacturer. Buyer’s online purchase regret only accepted within fourteen days after sale / delivery only for new products in stock in our warehouse, provided that product will be returned unopened and at buyer’s expenses. A RAN (Return Authorization Number) is required and will be provided in just cause from the seller and returned funds in this case do not cover shipping costs from manufacturer’s site and forwarding shipping costs to the end user / customer/ buyer as well as return costs. Used, demo, special discounted items, custom orders, build by order and back-orders are not covered and no refunds will be made, no returns accepted.

Shipped products packaging need to be thoroughly examined for any outside damage and make the corresponding remarks, if any, on the delivery note or even rejecting delivery depending on the damage / problems, informing us immediately. By accepting delivery without any reservation buyer declares his unconditional product acceptance and voids any right to dispute the purchase and or wrong delivery in case of a product damage or DOA.

All sales on special discounts – offers – custom orders in new / used / demo products or special orders, back-orders and built to order equipment are final. No Returns accepted, Refunds provided.

For any not “friendly” resolved claims / disputes, responsible jurisdiction is the courts in the Attica region, Greece .
